Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Merchandise Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns of merchandise for refund. We permit exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To exchange your item, send us an email at community@hotchickentakeover.com and send your item to: Hot Chicken[EJ1] Takeover, 421 W State St, #201, Columbus OH 43215, USA. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no exchange will be permitted:

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or[EJ2] missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your item.
