Columbus, OH – Hot Chicken Takeover (HCT) and the Easton Community Foundation have partnered to create an exclusive event on Sunday, November 5th to benefit Alvis, an agency that provides reentry treatment programs for individuals who have spent time in the criminal justice system.
The event will be held at Hot Chicken Takeover’s newest location at the Easton Gateway, one day before their public Grand Opening.
“We understand there is excitement in the community about this location opening, and we want to leverage the opportunity to highlight other great organizations in Central Ohio,” shares Hot Chicken Takeover Founder, Joe DeLoss.
Tickets are $20 each and include one free meal ticket and one free drink ticket, with 50% of the proceeds going to Alvis. The Easton Community Foundation has pledged to match the monies raised from the event. Tickets are available here and are sure to sell out quickly.
“Easton and The Easton Community Foundation are thrilled to be welcoming Hot Chicken Takeover and admire and support their mission of hiring staff with ‘non-traditional’ resumes. Their work aligns with our focus on community wellbeing, and we are excited for our customers to be some of the first to experience their brand here, while also supporting Alvis, a long-term partner and friend of ours,” remarks Easton’s Chief Executive, Jennifer Peterson. “This event is a wonderful collaboration that allows our customers the chance to engage in making an impact.”
Event-goers can choose to join the lunch group or dinner group. Each ticket is valid for one HCT meal and if the patron is 21+ they will get a drink ticket valid for one alcoholic beverage.
