Soon after we first served HCT at the pick-up window in Olde Towne East, we asked for your support to fund an investment in a food truck. Your enthusiasm made our Kickstarter campaign a wild success. We even included the names of each contributor on the side of that 1999 diesel beauty once it was complete. That truck holds a special place in our hearts, and we’re sure it’s the same for you.
After three years of hitting the streets for events like Crew games at Mapfre Stadium, the Columbus Food Truck Fest, and our own Neighborhood Tours program, our truck was showing signs of wear and tear, making it unreliable for our team and customers at times. Accordingly, this past fall we made the decision to get the truck off the streets for good.
We’re working hard to design and build the next mobile incarnation of HCT, but have yet to define our plans. When it’s complete, rest assured that every name from our first vehicle will find its way onto the next version. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm.
