How long have you been on the HCT Team?
I started January 9th, 2018 so 1 year and 6 months.
Describe your journey here. How have you grown both personally and professionally?
Since I started at HCT I have grown a lot. I have maintained my sobriety and worked my way up to a Lead at the Easton Gateway location. I will also be graduating from Columbus State Community College this year in social work. I’ve been touched by this profession which encouraged me to get my degree and give back.
How have you seen HCT grow since you’ve come on board?
HCT has grown a lot since I started. I have seen many including myself get promotions within the company. We have added a new side option for the menu and we are going to open our first store outside of the Columbus area this fall at Crocker Park in Westlake.
Your craziest off-menu creation?
I like to eat pickles and slaw on bread dipped in ranch.
How do you spend your time outside of HCT?
I’m currently attending Columbus State Community College and I have a seven your old who keeps me busy. We love to go to Lego land, swimming and play video games. Our current favorite is Overwatch!
